Due to a large number of complaints, a police officer was called in to stake out an extremely rowdy biker bar for drunk drivers.  At closing time, he saw this one biker stumble out of the bar, trip on the curb and fall over a few times.  This same biker then sat on his bike and just barely kept himself from falling off.  The police officer knew he had him one and filmed this bikers every move to present as evidence at his DUI hearing.  Everyone came out of the bar, got on their bikes and drove rode off. This biker that the police officer was watching finally got his Harley started and began to pull away.  The police officer pulled him over where he and a wrecker were waiting.  He stopped the biker, read him his rights and administered the Breathalyzer test.  The results showed a reading of 0.0. and the highly puzzled and pissed off officer demanded to know how that could be.  The biker look over & with a smug grin replied, "I’m the Designated Drunk."
