Other countries do not have a ban on DDT like the USA does.
Aloe is typically sprayed with all types of herbicides & pesticides.
The herbicides & pesticides can be washed off but that takes time & money…Uh Oh!
A really good cleaning of the plants to remove any herbicides & pesticides defeats the whole “keep the cost of production down thing”, so what do you think happens?
Aloe Vera plants suck! Literally! If it is grown with herbicides and pesticides, the plant "sucks up" the toxins. It’s in the plant so when it becomes a product ……
Simple Math: DDT/Pesticide/Herbicide in and/or on Aloe + Aloe in products + products on skin = DDT/Pesticide/Herbicide through skin and in your blood stream!
The government will protect me! Just like they did with imports from China......Oops!
Use the other guy’s product you’ll be the life of an outdoor party, you’ll not only repel bugs but vermin too! But then there is that whole cancer thing to worry about……
FYI: We do not use herbicides or pesticides on or in our Aloe Vera!
Since incorporating Aloe Vera into skin care products causes essential ingredients to absorb more readily, Half assed Aloe … I think not!
Aloe Vera which is grown in a stressful environment will cause the plant to reduce the amounts of beneficial polysaccharides and other nutrients.
Aloe grown in mineral/nutrient depleted soil will also be mineral/nutrient challenged. It doesn’t have it to give so you don’t get it. Now why did I buy that Aloe product?
Some competitors think Aloe testing is looking at it & saying, “Yep, looks like Aloe!” Companies that choose to remain ignorant of the certified analysis procedures are happy selling you junk! Why are you paying for an Aloe product and accepting junk?
Some labs use only the gel or the sap of the leaf, but chemical testing of the plant has repeatedly shown that the plants healing agents are produced in the green skin and yellow sap, not necessarily in the gel (colorless and tasteless jelly like center portion of the leaf). Most experts agree that no single agent is responsible for the plant’s ability to heal, and therefore the most effective products are made from the whole leaf.
What do you think happens to Aloe Vera that is harvested and not immediately processed? What does grass look like a few days after it’s be cut? Where have the nutrients gone? …. Again, junk! And you want to put that on your, what?
Light and oxygen break down the beneficial properties of Aloe Vera. If you can see through the container, the manufacturer doesn’t give a damn about their product’s quality!
FYI: Our Aloe is grown in a stress free hydroponic environment, assuring the quality of the soil & the plant. We use the latest certified analysis procedures to test the quality and consistency of the Aloe Vera. Our Aloe Vera contains high concentrations of acemannan and other active polysaccharides. We harvest the aloe quickly and completely, processing and stabilizing it within hours. Last but not least, our containers are air tight & opaque ensuring you the freshest most active product.
Since the cost to grow, harvest, produce and transport the Aloe Vera is more than $7 a gallon … pull your head out of the sand & WAKE UP! It’s junk. Did you know that flavored water is very profitable at $7 a gallon?
Aloe Vera juice is the base for our skin care products.
The source of the juice is critical to the quality of the product. If you use DDT sprayed half dried out Aloe, then, that’s what’s in the juice which is going on or in your body.
The best juice is made from 100% hydroponically grown, whole leaf Aloe Vera.
